Focused Track & Field Development Sessions
Personalized coaching designed to help athletes develop with confidence, purpose, and elite-level guidance.

Whether your child is just beginning their track and field journey or already competing at a high level, these small group development sessions provide focused, individualized coaching for growth, discipline, and performance.

Each session is intentionally limited to a maximum of two athletes to ensure every athlete receives the personal attention needed to improve technique, build confidence, and develop properly. Training is tailored to the athlete’s individual needs and goals, allowing us to focus specifically on the areas they want to improve most.

Sessions are available for athletes in:

  • Sprints

  • Hurdles

  • Horizontal Jumps

  • Middle Distance

(High Jump / Pole Vault and Throws are not included.)

Led by Coach Mathue Tapper, Head Coach of St. Andrew High School for Girls and former Assistant Sprints Coach at ICHS Wolves, athletes benefit from over 10 years of coaching experience across multiple levels of the sport — from beginners and prep school athletes to national champions and Olympians.

Training sessions are typically held at the National Stadium or GC Foster College between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM and last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
